Jay Evans (Joe A. Evans/retied and former Director, Professional Development, NBAA) The issues Jay deals with most everyday involve airmen training, medical certification, human factors and various NBAA Committees including the Flight Attendant Committee and the Corporate Aviation Management Committee and was the Administrative Director of the NBAA CAM (Certified Aviation Manager) Governing Board. He worked at NBAA for over 20 years after retiring from a career in the Air Force as an airlift and reconnaissance pilot. He has a BS from East Carolina University and the Masters in Public Administration from Auburn University. He has flown over 5,000 total hours and has an Airline Transport Pilot rating, CFI (single engine land) with a 707/720 type rating.
