I spearheaded the management of both International and National projects ranging in cost from $100,000 (Small Capital) to $3,000,000,000 (Large Capital). I have over 28 years of experience in mechanical system design for high tech industries including Research and Development, Semiconductor, Industrial, Institutional, Pharmaceutical, Bio-pharmaceutical and Healthcare Facilities. I have extensive mechanical system design experience in Central Energy Plants, air systems, hydronic piping systems, process piping, controls (DDC and PLC), fire protection, and plumbing, as well as a general knowledge of electrical systems. I am primarily responsible for executive account management, I direct project teams through all phases of a project from conceptual design through construction. Working in the role of Client Manager for design/build construction delivery or conventional design, bid, build, I comply with and execute technical specifications and plans.
