More than 35 years of Operations' experience in commercial and defense industries. 20 years in management roles. Extensive experience in conversion of non lean based operations into flow based, lean systems. Six Sigma Black Belt certified by ASQ. ISO certified lead auditor for Quality Systems. Lean training from some of the industry's most widely recognized experts.Primarily focussed on converting value streams from push to pull / flow processes. Throughly enjoy " on the floor " types of activities versus theory and similar events. Common sense approach to lean implementation. Primary focus is transferring knoiwledge / direction via education process via a "learn by doing" method. Developed the majority of lean / six sigma based trainings currently in use by employer with expectation that students become independent practioners as well as teachers themselves.Led Business unit to ISO 9001 ceritifcation. Have performed literally hundreds on Quality audits in my career to ISO, AS and other quality criteria.Spent 10 years as F2F adjunct faculty memebr teaching courses in Operations, Economics et. al for New England based universities and am currently an on line instuctor in Quality Management, Economics and other classes.
