Including the successful upgrade and integration of the first Tier IV facility in the Southern Hemisphere. Jay has delivered projects in South Africa, the Netherlands, Sweden and Italy while assisting in projects in Ireland, UK and Finland.From COLO, Enterprise to Hyperscale Developments- Jay takes pride in assisting with the design, configuration and problem solving- finding better ways to deliver the clients end goal.Jay is heavily involved from CAPEX- equipment selections, negotiating, conformance& compliance, factory acceptance tests to site implementation, commissioning, functional performance testing and integration system testing through to the training and handover to the OPEX teams. Jay leads a high performing team who strive for excellence in quality, delivery and innovation all while keeping Environmental, Health and Safety the paramount focus. Jay is a value miner, always finding the most cost effective solutions with subcontractor and vendor selection. Jay keeps close tabs on day to day project operation ensuring materials and equipment arrive on time, keeping the team up to date on requirements- all while planning ahead 12-16 weeks.
