Asurion has experienced 14 years of transformational development from a start up to a mature organization looking for more targeted growth. Through the years, I have helped develop the financial infrastructure of Asurion: - Started by developing the claims accounting processes - Then took on developing the revenue billing processes - Consolidated the claims accounting and revenue billing processes with the insurance accounting processes to create a seamless link between interconnected transactions - Then moved to streamline the financial reporting and consolidation processes in order to streamline the monthly financial reporting as well as create value added monthly reporting to senior management.While being at Asurion for almost 14 years, I have continued to expand my depth and breadth of Asurion as well as business knowledge by taking on many varying responsibilities. Through 2012, I was focused on the accounting and process streamlining areas within our finance organization. Since 2012, I been focused on financial planning and analysis and new business development positions to solidify a strong foundation to be a CFO of a growing organization.

• Primary engagement as Senior: Gaylord Entertainment Company - Served as the primary day-to-day engagement liaison researching and resolving numerous significant accounting issues as well as reviewing all financial filings with the SEC. • Other industry experience includes: entertainment, property and casualty insurance, music publishing and recording, real estate, logistics, construction, and manufacturing. • Other transaction experience includes roll-up transactions and the creation of a special purpose vehicle.
