     Drives a vision of growth and mutual success for TCU and Learfield IMG College.  Increased six- digit partners from four to over twenty in two years. Closed the largest partner deal in TCU history in 2019 which said deal is nearly double the next largest partner deal.  Serve on the Director of Athletics executive team with increasing leadership roles. Led the department in developing the COVID plan for large events including Football, Soccer, Volleyball, and Men’s and Women’s Basketball, and Baseball.  Won an award as one of two top General Managers in the company in 2016.  Continue to lead many of the duties of the vacant Deputy Athletics Director of External Affairs since 2018.  Negotiated a new Multi-Media Rights deal between TCU and Learfield IMG College that will increase revenue for both parties while maintaining a win-win scenario.  We overhauled the gameday experience in football which made for a more fan-engaging experience and a home field advantage.  Raised over three-million dollars for the east side premium expansion.

Lastly, as a consultant for the Big 12 Conference in their bowl negotiations, we were able to negotiate new four-year deals that increased revenue for the Conference and allowed more opportunities for post season play for student-athletes.

Administrative oversight of football bowl operations.  Strategically built assets, set pricing, and market strategy for all events including games, ticket pricing, sponsorship assets, suite pricing, marketing, and advertising. Strategically maximized revenue growth each year with an emphasis on improving margins for lower-revenue events.  Was the primary lead for Fiesta, Orange, and Sugar Bowls in negotiating a new BCS agreement with the Conferences and ESPN. During negotiations, we successfully improved the agreement from the previous cycle in forty-four of forty-eight critical areas.  Successfully planned and executed three national championship games.  We were considered best in class for team operations, fan experience, and hospitality.
