I like to think, analyze, and solve problems. That mindset is what drew me to the IT profession. When I purchased my first computer in order to use the Internet, I became interested in how computers work. I opened it up, took it apart, and put it back together. From there I began reading and learning about computer maintenance, purchased components, and built my next computer. A hobby of tinkering with computers turned into a career working with many different technologies, as an IT professional.I also greatly enjoy helping people. When I’m able to use or influence technology to help someone, that’s the ultimate result for me. That means my skills and efforts make a difference, and sometimes even cause happiness.
