Examples include: 1- Web building for businesses needing an overhaul of their online presence, specifically in the marketplace industry2- Charity/Nonprofit organizations requiring software to build fundraising (GoFundMe)and online donations (Shopify)Internal Software: 1- By integrating the robust software “Sellercloud” into the daily operations of a Retail B2B, I helped them automate most tasks saving them thousands of dollars of having it done manually.2- Setting up a Retail B2B with “Truecommerce” to automate inventory feeds, order imports and invoicing for thousands of skus, the company saved hundreds of headaches of out-of-stock orders and reduced mistakes by 50%.3- Applying the modern technology “CommerceHub” as a base for my clients logistics, it allowed the owner to literally lay on a hammock while most of the operations were done automatically.

Custom design is a meticulous process of truly understanding a customer's vision and creating a visual product that is as close as possible to that vision. By utilizing the powerful 2020 Design software, I was able to deliver designs that met my customers expectations and helped them find a custom closet layout that worked for them.Retail sales does not allow for any mistakes as the time-frame for closing is generally less than 30 days. Pipedrive CRM is a solid pipeline that I used to build a 22% conversion rate and it allowed me to conduct timely follow-ups while helping my customers get what they needed “when” they needed it.Some of my responsibilities:1- Managed avg of 400 leads monthly, built 22% closing rate2- Engaged, serviced and supported customers after the sale3- Managed updates and new product setups to the company website (on ShopifyPlus)
