Operations Merchandising and Licensing- Bridal DivisionOversaw all domestic and overseas manufacturing, including pre-production functions, sourcing, price negotiation, quota procurement and transportation for worldwide businesses. Directed a staff of 90, including two foreign offices. Responsibilities also included management of corporate quality assurance program for both raw material and finished goods, development of licensing strategies and implementation of licensing agreements and supervision of servicing the company's largest account, J.C. Penney representing $10 million in annual business.

Led all operations including technical services, computerized marker making and grading as well as all product development, sourcing and manufacturing, both domestic and overseas. Established two company owned foreign buying offices. Developed key private label programs for mass merchandisers, notably J; Initiated domestic cut and sew operations for sweater division.

Oversaw manufacturing and sourcing for rainwear and sportswear divisions. Managed state-of-the-art cutting and sewing facility for domestic rainwear manufacturing. Led the start-up of Burberry and J. McLaughlin Sportswear Companies. Developed pattern making, technical services, computerized marker and grading departments and established new factory sourcing.
