Rapid Rehousing was a government funded trial that aimed to house 120 homeless singles and families in private rentals in a short time frame.The project trialed a unique funding system that saw the organisation only paid for ‘successes’ which put additional pressure on staff performance. Commenced in the role when the projects initial time frames where not being met, and the project was in threat of being closed three months after its launch.Successfully delivered all 120 placements. The Rapid Re-housing now makes up a significant part of the revised client service delivery model being introduced across NSW.

Developed and implemented a twelve month trial of Trauma Informed Care at an inner city homeless service. Successfully secured external funding to the sum of $50,000 to conduct the study.Hired and supervised project coordinator, convened and chaired working group and coordinated other professional’s involvement in the project.Produced written reports to stakeholders and managed budget.Co-authored final report / research paper
