CurrentAs a strategic member of the HR team, I specialize in full-cycle recruitment and retention, aligning talent acquisition with the organization’s mission and dynamic marketplace needs. My role encompasses: • Developing and implementing innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies. • Managing the applicant tracking system and overseeing the recruitment process from sourcing to hire. • Crafting and maintaining recruitment materials and managing social media postings. • Representing Goodwill at job fairs and community events, and building strong sourcing networks. • Coordinating interviews, extending job offers, and facilitating new employee onboarding. • Engaging in retention efforts through performance review analysis, stay interviews, and exit interviews. • Continuously updating job descriptions and participating in the enhancement of the employee onboarding experience.I bring a blend of creativity and analytical skills to identify and attract top talent, ensuring a seamless integration into Goodwill’s culture and values.
