Jay Greig (also known as J. Greig and Jason Allen Greig) is a graphite pencil artist. Greig’s detailed illustrations portray a variety of themes. When drawing his paintings, Jay uses a variety of pencils. Through the use of perspective, rich tonality and a number of rendering techniques, he creates depth and movement.Greig is inspired by a life-long love of animals and nature. His illustrations, which are detailed and which depict a variety of themes, have won many awards.Moreover, Greig’s drawings have been widely published. His artwork dwells in collections in Europe, the UAE and the United States.Jay Greig was born in Carson City, Nevada in 1980. He received his Associate of Arts Degree with Summa Cum Laude honors from the University of Nevada.Jason Allen Greig owns and operates J. Greig Graphics.
