I managed trademark registrations for the North America business, as well as commercial contract negotiation and drafting on the sales and procurement sides, and worked on the development and maintain form contracts used in procurement, sales, leases, shared services, claim resolution, NDAs, and a number of other situations across the company. I worked on several M&A matters, including asset dispositions, acquisitions, projects with environmental challenges, and projects with several component parts like major upgrades, financing, and multiple party transactions. I lead several litigation matters for the company and have a successful track record negotiating settlement and prosecuting litigation in favor of the company. I have significant experience in environmental law and have managed everything from permit enforcement actions to superfund litigation for the company. Additionally, I managed the company's environmental insurance coverage litigation and have gained significant experience dealing with coverage issues, both in the environmental realm and general liability areas.
