I am currently the Associate Store Manager at J.Crew Factory Easton Market. I train and develop associates on sales floor operations, customer experience, product knowledge, and lead visualization in our women’s department. I also recruit and onboard new talent for our store needs. I have weaved in and out of retail since 2006 and have a passion for fashion and retail and music. My experience ranges from running my own business to retail management over the past 18 years that has allowed me to learn and grow in all areas of a business from associate to management.
