As part of the acquisition of XtreamService by Reynolds and Reynolds, the platform and offering was adjusted to become a service provided by Naked Lime Marketing. Responsibilities include managing & overseeing all business aspects of XtreamService. This involves the hiring, training, and development of the XtreamService Marketing Services team members.

XtreamService is the revolutionary system that brought to market service lane prospecting & database mining, changing the way retail automotive sales managers discover and contact real, qualified leads. Job duties included oversight of daily company operations, management of field staff, & coordination of software testing and implementation at franchise dealership accounts. Dealership accounts went from 200 to 600 during this timeframe.

As one of the first 15 associates hired by the company, I was part of constant change with the evolution of the platform and offering. Dealership accounts more than tripled during this timeframe.
