- Providing administrative support to all employees within the office.- Creating and updating spreadsheets to track project progress/HSEQ/Orders using various formulae to show percentage and performance; cascading this information, to allow reports to be created and presented during progress meetings. - Creating and updating site files for each individual project to ensure all documentation is stored chronologically.- Aiding Site Agents &Project Managers with collating documentation to create Health & Safety Handback Files upon completion of projects. - Placing and tracking all orders, from stationary to plant hire; liaising with labourers and hire companies to ensure everything has been successfully received.- Liaising with Site Agents & Project Managers to create spreadsheets reflecting any track possessions for forthcoming weeks, and then cascading this to Network Rail and all other parties involved.- Liaising with Quantity Surveyors to aid them in creating Subcontractor Payment Certificates for Subcontractors to ensure correct payment of invoices. - Aiding Quantity Surveyors with any Change Requests/Compensation Events within Projects and tracking these on spreadsheets, using formulae, to allow us to keep track and make adjustments where necessary. - Ensuring all post is sent/received and cascaded as applicable.- Taking meeting minutes, typing and cascading.- Liaising with procurements and purchasing to ensure we are able to buy at the best prices.- Liaising with Site Supervisors/Agents and Project Managers to help create Work Package Plans and Construction Phase Plans.- Updating our in-house systems.
