• Responsible for the United States Western and Central region sales territories, with a customer base of over 1,700 active resellers. • Exceeding monthly sales revenue goal of $1.8 - $4.2 million for the past 12 months.• Cultivating new accounts and enhancing current customer accounts through the vertical channels of SMB, Academic, and Government.• Planning, organizing, and conducting Microsoft learning events onsite and online.• Building, maintaining, and nurturing relationships by adding value through services and training.

• Provide technical support for more than 85 recreational software clients (many major universities) via email, phone, and in person.• Conduct week-long on-site employee training and implementation sessions at university sites throughout the United States.• Help clients prepare their facilities for new software implementation or upgrades.• Encourage clients through education to make the most of systems available to them including upgrades and add-ons that may be purchased from InnoSoft. • Set up, test, and troubleshoot newly purchased hardware (printers, card readers, relay boards, cash drawers).• Provide one-on-one customer service to troubleshoot issues with software.
