Mission Yogurt, Inc. is a Denver-based restaurant group that owns and operates food and beverage concepts primarily in high traffic airports. With more than a quarter century of experience, Mission operates a wide range of concepts, including fast food, fast casual and full service restaurants and bars. Mission Yogurt, an ACDBE-certified food and beverage concessionaire has 21 restaurant and retail concepts at Denver International Airport, San Diego International Airport and John Wayne Airport.

My role creates and implements the Talent Acquisition strategy to cast a wide net in attracting talent that represents our commitment to inclusion and diversity. I am responsible for assessing the recruiting needs of the business, and creating and implementing strategy, training and tools that successfully fill positions with the best and brightest in the industry. I work collaboratively with our Field Operations and Corporate Leadership to ensure all recruiting needs are being met. I also lead the Corporate Recruiting function.

Partner with all members of management and senior leaders to drive performance, succession planning conversations and individual development plans. Design/Build restaurants and commercial kitchens with architects, general contractors from the ground up, focusing on layout and flow while meeting deadlines and staying under budget. Heavily focused on employee and vendor relations, establishing respect, negotiating contracts, controlling costs and reducing risk. Sourced talent through LinkedIn, Indeed, Snag, Talentreef, Glassdoor. Used Oasis HRIS understanding the vast importance of human capital on the future success of the business. Assisted others to achieve great results to become an employer of choice.

Set concise key performance indicators for store budgets with franchisee and CFO. Built training systems and eLearning from the infancy phase of the company.Handled end to end HRIS for the employee lifecycle to include exit interviews to maintain an employer of choice status. Assisted in building a robust administration file to house all "how to" documents for leadership.

Area Manager accountable for the elite operation of six restaurants in Denver/Aurora, Colorado. Coach and chief development manager for GM's MIT's. Increased area comp sales from -2.5% to +6% through raising awareness and alignment of company initiatives. Empowered others to breath, slow down and focus to see clearly during the juggling act of a developing market.

Trained MIT's for corporate and franchise groups to include operating partners. Exemplified the culture and brand of Noodles and Company through loyalty, textbook operations and consistency.
