• Conventional and Unconventional well experience. • Knowledge working in several different horizons in the New Mexico Shelf and Northern Delaware Basin: Wolfcamp, Avalon, Bone Springs, Brushy Canyon, and Yeso. • Performed lateral cleanouts with coil-tubing and with stick pipe.• Familiar with petroleum industry software essential to monitoring and optimizing production. • Conduct well reviews, failure meetings, and LOE reviews with Operations team. • Understanding of capital and LOE budgeting and cost tracking systems.• Wrote procedures, coordinated with vendors, and completed 35 vertical wells before our focus changed to unconventional. • Served as a mentor in the summer intern program for four summers.
