Since 2016 I worked as a freelance live sound engineer. Most of this work was for small venues in the Norwich area, although my experience also included managing and engineering small stages at Latitude and Sundown festivals as well as independent gigs for established artists such as Alistair Griffin.

For five years I worked as live sound engineer, PA technician, stage manager and stage/site crew for GearHire Sound and Light, based in my home town of Lowestoft. Jobs ranged from small-scale public events such as Christmas lights 'switch ons' to medium/large regional festivals with large stage installs, 100 meter runs to the mix area and thousands of attendees. This has allowed me to gain experience in not only live sound but working in a fast paced, high pressure environment while leasing with artists and festival management to ensure the show runs smoothly.
