I originally started working for Brock Candy Co in 1993 as a floor trucker in Soft Candy. I progressed from that point to form & fill operator, then to team leader. I have worked in all areas of the plant, including soft candy, hard candy, chocolate, and maple nut goodies. I have a working knowledge of the processes and capabilities of soft candy moguls.
