During my tenure at ICON, my role has been dynamic and multifaceted, providing me with the opportunity to continuously develop new skills while honing existing ones.As for my main responsibilities, they encompass vendor management, meeting coordination, training oversight, and reporting.In Vendor Management, I oversee critical systems such as Medidata (EDC), Signant Health (IRT), ICON's proprietary IRT system, PSO, and FIRECREST. This involves meticulously managing user access for site staff, sponsors, and internal stakeholders. The effective maintenance of these systems is pivotal to project success, enabling seamless data input, site setup, leading to patient screening. My deep familiarity with these systems has positioned me as a Subject Matter Expert, allowing me to contribute to new initiatives and provide valuable assistance to colleagues, thereby ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.In Meeting Organization, I am entrusted with orchestrating gatherings among internal teams and with external sponsors. During these sessions, I take meticulous meeting minutes to ensure that key discussion points are captured, and that our studies remain aligned with actionable outcomes.Within Training Management, I am responsible for the creation and maintenance of study-specific training materials. This entails curating content within our Training Management System (PST) and assigning modules based on role, thereby ensuring regulatory compliance and the proficiency of our staff.Furthermore, drawing upon my experience, I have embraced a mentoring role within the company. This involves not only providing guidance and training to new hires, but also offering support beyond work-related matters to foster their holistic development and integration into our company culture.

Throughout my internship, I contributed to groundbreaking research on the epigenetic effects of various drugs in ovarian cancer—an experience that proved invaluable in my professional development.My time at the university afforded me numerous opportunities to expand my skill set and refine existing abilities. In the laboratory setting, I furthered my proficiency, leveraging the expertise gained during my university studies. Each week, I undertook tasks ranging from the meticulous transfer and cultivation of cell lines for experimentation to the precise application of drugs and subsequent analysis of their impact on DNA and RNA. This process involved careful observation, dilution, and application techniques, culminating in the measurement of treatment effects.Beyond technical competencies, my internship fostered both collaborative and independent work dynamics within the laboratory environment. Following initial training, I autonomously executed experiments, showcasing my capacity for independent research. Moreover, I established trust among colleagues, frequently collaborating on experiments and lending support to graduate students—a testament to my adaptability and teamwork skills.Navigating the time constraints inherent in cell culture protocols and experimental procedures honed my time management abilities.
