My passion is bringing commercial technology and innovation to public sector clients at scale.I have extensive experience developing and executing high-impact customer-led growth strategies and business transformations for both emerging and established technology companies, with an impressive track record of leading strong and engaged teams to accelerate revenues and profitability in support of defense, intelligence and federal/civilian/SLG customers around the world. My experience spans a variety of markets and business models to include SaaS, AI, hardware, systems integration, and services.I began my career as a Naval Flight Officer flying F-14 Tomcats where I completed two combat cruises to support Operation Desert Storm/Southern Watch and graduated from the Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN).After the Navy, I have worked in venture capital, held executive P&L positions at Raytheon, founded a private equity and consulting firm, served as President for a special mission aviation firm and then as CEO for a premier provider of intelligence-driven global health protection. My next role was at Dataminr where I served as Executive Vice President, Global Public Sector and as a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team. In this role, I led all aspects of Go To Market and Customer Success activities for public sector clients around the world and was responsible for $1B in market cap expansion.I joined Tadaweb as employee #1 in its US subsidiary and have been responsible for all aspects of Go To Market, Customer Success, company and infrastructure building. As a member of Tadaweb’s corporate executive team, I spent most of my time working on critical process improvement and best practice implementations to prepare the company to scale globally in all of their core markets.HIGHLIGHTS:■ Booked nearly $400M in first three years with Dataminr and responsible for over 50% of the company’s ACV■Led development of Dataminr's Service and COCOM Go To Market strategies, senior leader evangelism, etc. and achieved 450% user growth over 3.5 years including product adoption by over half of all US DOD senior leaders■ Was assigned a single international public sector client and two FTEs in 2019 and in the three years since have built the Dataminr international public sector business to over 25 logos and over 500% ACV growth with ~40 team members in 6 countries■ Supported US Government C4ISR special mission aviation operations in Africa, Afghanistan, etc. ■ Selected and served as Raytheon’s first Entrepreneur-in-Residence
