while working in this position I was responsible for all the air conditioning units, heating units including boiler systems. I lead a crew of approximately 6 employees to ensure the properties heating and cooling needs as well as hot water supply was always functioning and operating at peak performance. I was also in charge of all the preventive maintenance schedule to ensure the longevity of the equipment.
