Since 2001, when I started with United States Manufacturing Company, I have had continuous experience in manufacturing: designing new products, implementing design improvements to existing products, implementing and introducing processes and process changes. In testing, I have had continuous experience in managing a test lab that has multiple servo hydraulic and servo pneumatic load frames, conducting cyclic and static tests on prosthetic devices.Ultimately, I hope to continue to apply what I learn in the lab, and what I see at use in the field, to continue to design and develop more and more durable and useful devices.Specialties: 3-D CAD modeling and drawing capabilities: SolidWorks, ProE, AutoCad Design experience: mechanical component design( structural components and complex assemblies, and hydraulic cylinders), pre-preg composite structures (structural, intentionally flexible components), tooling (composite tooling, elastomer master tooling, assembly fixtures, test fixtures)
