With over 29 years of work experience, I am a seasoned sales and engineering leader with a passion for cable systems and process improvement. I have a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Leadership from Jacksonville State University, and I am currently the SE Regional Sales Manager at Gem Gravure Co., Inc., a leading provider of marking and coding solutions for the wire and cable industry. My mission is to deliver high-quality products and services that meet the needs and expectations of our customers, and to foster long-term relationships based on trust and integrity. I value innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.In my current role, I oversee the sales and marketing activities for the Southeast region, and I am responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, negotiating contracts, and generating new business opportunities. I also provide technical support and guidance to our customers, and I work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure that our products and solutions are aligned with the industry standards and best practices. I leverage my skills in process engineering, project management, and problem-solving to optimize our processes, improve our efficiency, and enhance our quality and performance.
