Over 18 years as a licensed private investigator, supervisory field investigator, case manager and SIU manager in support of the insurance industry with a documented track record of success in the planning, management, execution and resolution of insurance defense investigations and development and maintenance of regulatory compliance programs. Provided critical leadership and technical expertise during the company’s growth from a 16 state regional investigative provider to a fully national insurance defense investigative vendor. Selected as part of CNA Major Investigative Team (provider fraud) establishing industry precedent for vendor access to a major carrier’s claim and SIU management systems. Successful implementation resulted in analogous embedded SIU programs with two additional carriers. From 2009 – 2011, dedicated exclusively to CNA as a contract major case investigator examining the billing practices of multiple healthcare and DME providers instituting screening procedures to detect and preempt payment of fraudulent and abusive billing. Subsequently asked to serve as vendor manager of program from 2015 – 2017. Prepared and monitored over 100 insurance fraud prosecutorial referrals and follow-up liaison with law enforcement, resulting in numerous warrants, arrests, convictions and restitution orders.

Responsible for training, certification and oversight of MP investigators, Traffic Accident Investigations, MP Desk Operations, Physical Security Inspection Team and Police Administrative Office all entailing oversight of daily Law and Order activities of over 200 Military Police in a community of over 37,000 US, Korean and third country military and civilian personnel.
