Handling primary and secondary trades on loan deals from trade date to settlement. Have experience in both PAR and Distressed credits.Thorough knowledge of both LMA and LSTA terms of trade.Responsible for drafting and executing all trade documentation including trade confirms, transfer certificates, sub participation agreements, netting and pricing letters.Work closely with banks and hedge funds to settle trades in a timely manner.I have also worked on the Non Disclosure Agreements.

My role was based in the collections department, dealing with customers who are in severe financial difficulty also negotiating with third party debt management companies and external vendors. My role includes negotiating repayment plans, and offering assistance which benefits both the bank and the customer. Areas of my role include educating customers on the affects of their arrears, this allows me to demonstrate my communication skills and my proven ability to influence and negotiate with others which are demonstrated in my results. I have the ability to read numerous daily reports and identify potential risk, and re-prioritise my work accordingly.
