I am a certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM) with more than 16 years of experience in IT projects, 12 years of experience in software Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Maintenance, and Development. I have more than 9 years of experience in managing and delivering Agile software development projects in the role of Technical Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Agile coach with extensive experience in the SDLC. I have a clear, logical mind with a practical approach to problem-solving and a drive to see things through to completion but at the same time focusing on delivering value for clients and customers.I have successfully achieved the deliverer of many major agile projects as an Agile Project Manager. These projects span a wide range of industries with a specific focus on the financial sector. I have a unique combination of extensive experience in lecturing ICT classes and concepts, as well as hands-on experience in designing, building, and delivering agile projects, and actively being an Agile Project Manager on projects with the assistance of extensive development background. I have a passion for Agile transformation and project delivery. I am currently heading our COP (Communities of Practice) which has multiple chapters. (Dev, Agile, QA, BA, PM). With this, the aim is to guide the organization on best practices within each discipline and create and maintain collateral to ensure consistent value delivery within teams and projects.
