Hi, my name is Jay, I am a Freelancer who enjoys creating as well as telling stories through photos and videos. I have been involved in this industry for a few years now and have developed my skills in editing, photography and storytelling as well as exploring new skills like scriptwriting.While I was studying in university, I was involved in many successful projects including documentaries, short films and events. I have tried different roles during these projects including camera operator, editor and videographer which gave me good experience using DSLR cameras and editing software like adobe premiere pro and Capcut.In terms of my freelance work, I started uploading my own content on YouTube which was mostly non commentary gaming focused videos, this gave me my first experience of editing where I used YouTube studio and Microsoft Clipchamp, I also learned a lot about presentation and branding and how crucial it is for your target audience. I branched out to other applications such as adobe express and Canva to help me create thumbnails and logos for my channel. Currently I still create content in my own time on TikTok which is mostly focused on football predictions and fantasy football, alongside this I have my Instagram: jjones_captures where I post my own photography and other videos that I have made while freelancing. I also own my own equipment including a go pro 9, DSLR cannon EOS 2000D and Amazon Tripod.My ambition is to showcase my skills by collaborating with other people to build their brand or business.
