Attended meetings with business lines and management to discuss current/future goals and ensured all requirements met FDIC, HIPAA and SEC regulations.Key Accomplishments:• Installed and configured production and disaster recovery SAN infrastructures, both containing 200TB of raw storage. Implemented EMC Control Center and change control process. Instituted DR policy using EMC’s MirrorView-A & SRDF-A technologies. Documented SAN and maintained target code levels for all equipment.• Employed best practices to design/deploy virtual environment (VMWare), the best possible configuration for 4,000+ MS Exchange users, and optimal production and DR configuration for all mission-critical bank applications.

Established connectivity from CT to disaster recovery site in NY.Expanded configuration by migrating environment onto EMC DMX1000 and 2 x ED-64M McData CORE switches and incorporated NAS environment (Celerra CFS-14) at both locations. • Planned and configured back-end for high availability and implemented 60TB mixed SAN/NAS for global Fortune 100 company.• Migrated 30TB EMC SAN across 2 sites for large pharmaceutical firm. Created and proposed detailed account of every migration step for approval by FDA. Delivered project 2 weeks ahead of schedule.
