I am a UX Researcher at Apple, where I lead research initiatives to drive the evolution of user experiences. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to uncover insights that inform transformative features and interfaces, applying advanced data analysis techniques to continuously improve product experiences. I facilitate research studies to gather qualitative and quantitative data, shaping strategic decisions in product development.I have 3+ years of work experience in the tech industry, and previously supported the operations team at Meta as a QA Analyst/Operations Specialist. I used my UX/UI skills and computer science knowledge to ensure the quality and functionality of the company's products and services, and to improve processes and workflows. I am currently pursuing a UX/UI Certificate from Coursera, and expect to graduate from San Jose State University with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science in 2023.
