Full cycle of Recruiting: •Understanding client requirements and sourcing the suitable candidates for different technical positions. •Sourcing, screening, filtering resumes, checking references. •Recruiting via Internet job boards (Dice.com) (hot jobs) direct phone sourcing, vendor network, referrals and expanded internet sourcing. •Negotiating regarding rate with respective employers of their respective consultants. •Submitting complete profile to manager within given time. Identifying suitable candidates quickly for client submission, screen candidates. •Updating consultants about the status of the requirement/ submissions. •Getting new updations /tips from Manager regarding tough requirements. •Maintaining database of all consultants/vendors which ever submitted and rejected by clients. •Marketing/sales H1 consultants. •Getting suitable requirements from vendors for our bench H1, negotiating rates, taking confirmation from vendors and our on bench consultants. Submitting quality profile to vendor in a given time. •Develop good communication channels with clients, vendors, employers and candidates. H1B Marketing:•Creating user Id and password for our consultants •Posting the resume in all job portals like Dice, Monster, Net Temps, etc. •Submitting the consultants to all the suitable job postings on all portals. •Drive opportunities through sales cycles to deal closure •Broadcasting the Profile of the consultant and the Hot list of the company on a periodical basis. •Track the submissions and make regular follow-ups•Inform the consultant regarding the vendor calls and end client interview schedules•Prepare the consultants for the end client interviews•Analyze the feedbacks given by the vendors and the end clients after the interview calls•Ensure prompt delivery of the consultants.
