Responsible for creating and executing the Monarch product and related workflows. Developed Market Requirement Documents, design specifications and other documents to communicate the vision for releases, patches and hot fixes to a world wide client base. Recommended required functionality and document workflows, reported up to the Senior Director of Portfolio Product Management on status of high profile projects.In this role, I worked with teams to define workflows between modules, which encompassed the commercial print suite. The core product, Monarch, and its integrated modules required workflows to be documented and certified from an end-to-end quality assurance perspective. Moved into corporate level product management role and from a product specific role in late 2014 to create workflows across suite of products. Role focused on definition of corporate centric workflows, use cases and documentation for core Monarch MIS product, other components and modules used during end to end workflow certification. Reviewed and managed user suggestions, internally and externally reported defects, determined level of criticality and participated in development resolution process. Acted as the lead product management resource for Monarch team members, clarifying project requests, specifications for development, business analysts, quality assurance, support and services.
