Sold and developed larger land parcels in Washington State, predominately in Klickitat County and then specialized in selling Timber parcels, both here in the NW and in Central America, primarily Belize and Nicaragua. Always remained in the Top 3 in "Sales" in a field of 14 Agents.

We introduced Redken, Paul Mitchell, Matrix, Clairol and L'Oreal prof lines calling on and supplying over 6,000 hair salons throughout Wash, Idaho, Alaska, Montana and Hawaii. I led our equipment dept to become one of the top equipment suppliers and designers of new hair salons in the country. I personally designed and built over 2,500 Beauty Salons, Schools, Tanning and Nail Salons.
