Work with clients and their family members during the admissions process into Luna Recovery or into a facility that will best suit their needs. Communicate with insurance companies on behalf of clients in order to figure out the financial costs associated with treatment. Work with clients and their families throughout the duration of their treatment process. Involved in managing a census and keeping track of payments coming into our facility.

Facilitate the admissions and intake process for a 70 bed facility. Worked on the financial negations of client treatment extensions. Coordinated with our accounting department to make sure all payments are accounted for on admission and in the event of an extension. Worked closely with our Utilazation Review doctor. I also provide tours of the facilities for families, referral sources, and potential clients.

Responsible for managing 15 employees. Kept track of employee hours and work schedules. Responsible for interviewing and hiring new employees. Worked closely with clinicians, doctors, nurses, and our PNP center to coordinate scheduling and day to day activities for our clients.

Worked with clients in a transitional living setting. Also responsible for weekly family phone calls to give updates on client progress.

Made sure clients were on time and accounted for during all of their daily activities. Also assigned to 5-6 clients during their entire stay to provide recovery support.

Distributed medication and made sure clients were following their daily schedule.
