My responsibility as a Regional Director of Account Advancement Team in Bentley Systems;• As a Regional Director and quota carrier by direct sales for EPC Plant/Infra and Government & Public organization business area• As leader of industrial sales business, manage and cooperate a team of technical and development resources to deliver the successful growth of revenue derived through direct negotiations in terms of performance and productivity improvement and increased market/industry and account penetration, to meet the goals of the country business • In partnership with the country executives and management, contribute to the sales pipeline strategy and tactics, understanding the account opportunity development contribution requirements. • Cooperate with global resources and channel partner’s resources to deliver the successful growth of revenue derived through the channel in terms of performance and productivity• Planning and delivery of expansion and growth within new accounts and existing customers through the value proposition and differentiated technology• Enhanced portfolio coverage, aligned with country/regional level objectives. (Supporting develop Big Projects from major EPCs and Government & Public organization)• Making additional revenue from the assigned Managed Accounts • Maintaining relationships with users tightly basis on reliability for sustaining and increasing the revenue compared than prior year• New hunting account and opportunity for the specific industry market which is non-subscriber ever before• Responsible for product portfolio expansion and market development • Strategic partnership with local System Integration and Consulting firms• All the business transactions complying on the company rules, policies and directions
