Analyses the market for purchasing, Ensure to smoothly develops for the purchasing activities with project.Control the purchasing schedule, monitor the purchasing process. Position: Purchasing Engineer(2007/07 -- 2009/07)Contents：Responsible for all the bulk materials such as steel pipe purchasing for EPC projects. Preparation for procurement scheme, purchasing plan and inquiry. Confirm the inquiry supplier list.Organize bid opening, bid assessment and selection, negotiation, issued PO. Ensure the quality, delivery. Payment and others contract management. Maintain relationships with suppliers, responsible for the supplier development.Position: Spot Purchasing Manager(2004/07 -- 2007/07) Contents：Responsible for material control on-site that includes warehouse management and purchasing on-site. Coordination for the relationship and problems between site and headquarter. Supervision for the contract performance.
