Final rollout included implementation on approximately eighteen-hundred individual pieces of ground service equipment and baggage-handling systems at almost two hundred airports and led to the creation of a new patent.Fortune 500 Shipping Company (Program \ Project Implementation Management) - Brought in to managed Agile based development and delivery teams, business analysts, architects, and quality assurance teams for program that had previously stalled, to create industry first kiosk based locker system. Fortune 500 Airline (Program \ Project Management) - Led multiple teams comprised of both on-shore and off-shore resources coordinating both program \ project level activities as well as lead architect and developer roles by defining, by designing and executing multi-year on-going efforts across the client’s operating landscape. Managing multiple efforts to develop new systems which would enable optimization of ramp operations and improve bag count numbers across the airlines network.
