I am part of Advocacy and livelihood team, my role is Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation of projects of CBM's partner organisation; Conduct & facilitate training programmes, related to disability and inclusive development, accessibility, accountability, documentation & reporting; Developing a multi-year plan for partners.Budgeting and other administrative work related to partners; Support Regional Office in strategic planning & implementation and take up additional responsibilities deemed essential by the Office.Promote disability inclusive development principles among partners, Government, Non-Government Organisations, DPOs and other stake holders working with Persons with Disabilities. Conduct training programmes related to advocacy, networking, rights based approach etc… My additional responsibility as Child safeguarding focal is to train partners in Child safeguarding and conduct child safeguarding audits of the partner’s organisation. I am also leading the accessibility team in conducting access audit of the built environment and conducting training for different stakeholders involved in construction work.

Represent the organization at community activities to enhance the organization's community profile; Developing an operational plan which incorporates goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction of the organization; Draft policies for the approval of the Board and prepare procedures to implement the organizational policies; review existing policies on an annual basis and recommend changes to the Board as appropriate: raising funds for the organisation; ensuring organisation complies with law of land; Oversee the planning, implementation and evaluation of the organization's programs and services; Establish good working relationships and collaborative arrangements with community groups, funders, politicians, and other organizations to help achieve the goals of the organization; Identify and evaluate the risks to the organization's people (target community, staff, management, volunteers), property, finances, goodwill, and image and implement measures to control risks

In addition to this I was the key trainer to conduct training for the Manager’s level on Disability and Development, Social analysis, Proposal writing (Log frame approach) and Result Based Monitoring, Concept on Community Based Inclusive Development, Self-Evaluation, WHO CBR Matrix (Health, Education, Livelihood, Social and Empowerment), Accessibility and Access audit; conduct training for various professionals (Doctors, Teachers, Community leaders, NGOs working with other marginalized groups, Corporates, Companies, Government officials, and other existing community groups) on the topic of ( Changing attitude and Inclusive development).
