When I joined here as an Intern for an about month I got to know about the machines which I learnt about in my course of collage. The machines about which i got knowledge about were Radial Drilling Machines , Lathe Machine , Milling Machine. The point to join this Industry was to get knowledge about how the parts of all pressure vessels such as Boilers, Heat Exchangers , Condensers , Storage Tanks are machined. The parts which i saw here was Baffle Plates , Tube-Sheets , Flanges , Shafts Etc. The operations which I came across was were Drilling , Reaming , & Deburring in Baffle Plates & Tube-Sheets and also turning operation on it. Also saw how flange are machined according to drawing provided by the company the same was with drilling process that what size hole was to be drilled was according to the drawing. This is where I got knowledge about all this operations and machines practically as in the form of internship

During Period of this internship I got knowledge about how the pressure vessels such as Boilers, Heat Ex-changers , Condensers , Storage Tanks that how all of these are designed & manufactured. The main Design & manufacturing of this industry was Distillation Unit, Brewery & Refinery Plants & Acetaldehyde , Formaldehyde Plants. Also I got to know how Rolling of Shell is done and how they are welded. I got knowledge of TIGW (Tungsten Inert Gas Welding). It was Great experience working with all industry people and with the industry.
