I have been a part of Irene Female residence House committee for 2 years. During this time I grown as an individual and a leader. Through navigating through complex situations I have developed strategic thinking skills that enables me to be objective, open minded and ensure that I make decisions that best align with the residence and university's values, ensuring that my decisions are effective and efficient. My ability to communicate clearly and persuasively has contributed to my ability to work in a team as well as successfully navigating through conflict. My time as a student leader has shown my commitment to drive the organization's vision through effective communication, proper problem solving methods and being open to learn.As a final year student year my academic workload has decreased immensely, this contributing to my eagerness to transition into roles that will contribute to my personal and professional development. My undergraduate degree in Humanities is broad enough for me to specialize in various fields such as politics, history and English as well as contribute to my passion for communicating, collaborating and people loving personality. I am a history lover and have an extreme passion for it. I think that it is an important factor that should be used to avoid the mistakes of the past and help with decisions of the future.I hope to continue my studies in either public administration or business operations. In addition to this i have a passion for working with people as well as getting to learn more about different cultures and traditions. Lets talk history, politics and more!
