• Serve as Senior Operation Manager- Primary contact responsible for all Eviction, Cash For Keys, Redemption, Tenant Property Management, and Property Preservation day to day operations within the VA REO portfolio.• Create all process flows, technological writing for development and enhancements of the VRMS system for Eviction, Cash For Keys, Redemption, Property Management, and Property Preservation.• Manage, maintain, and assist with large process improvement and logic for improvement of procedures (i.e. SCRA, PTFA, Property Management, Redemption and Property Preservation)• Nurture and perfect the VA relationship, deliver outstanding results against the performance measurements and be an expert on the VA account. • Develops and implements new processes/procedures to improve operating efficiency and to ensure timeliness and accuracy of workflow.• Responsible to assist External Engagement Training and Vendor Management in completing Training decks for Eviction Attorneys, Brokers, and additional Vendors as needed• Working with the internal control functions to ensure that vendors are managed appropriately, risks are identified and mitigated to reduce or eliminate risk• Responsible for ownership of end to end requirements/deliverables with consistent examples of success. On-time/as agreed per Legal Service Agreement with VRM • Provide continuous coaching and feedback for to a staff of 3 Operations Managers and 12 Specialists• Evaluate departmental and cross-divisional workflows in order to recommend operational improvements.• Ensure that processes and procedures are updated and compliant with regulatory and internal guidelines and support efforts to minimize loss• Analyze and respond to trends in volume fluctuations, changes in the product mix, regulatory changes and Investor requirements• Assist in developing the Business Plan and manage/evaluate performance to drive results in support of the Business Plan

• Served as Senior REO Manager- Primary contact responsible for all sales day to day operations within the GMAC portfolio• Provide continuous coaching and feedback for to a staff of 8 asset managers• Responsible for the supervision, training and career path of 4 REO associates • Manage the daily business relationships with assigned REO vendors through partnering for their effectiveness, preparing written analysis and consistent performance feedback to management• Conduct periodic portfolio reviews with each client• Responsible for the timeline management of the REO acquisition and property assignment to the designated REO vendor network• Responsible for the timeline management of the REO eviction process through alternative approaches to obtaining property vacancy• Responsible for the REO property valuation approval process outside of the established delegation of authority of the REO vendor network• Responsible for REO timeline and cost expectations for the listing and marketing approval process outside of the established delegation of authority of the REO vendor network• Responsible for the REO timeline and cost expectations of the final closing and liquidation process• Work on special projected as assigned include a unit pricing repair process
