- Develop, align and lead logistics category strategy in the region and capitalize best practices from strategic sourcing. Established the strategic supplier platform in Greater China for 3PL DG transport by bundling volume into A suppliers (strategic suppliers) and B&C suppliers reduction. Enable cost standardization and effective governance by frame contracts with unit delivery cost settlement and dynamic KPI management- Identify and present high-level cost reduction opportunities with cross-functional stakeholders and manage change processes. Locally sponsored and implemented international freight control tower projects in Greater China and South Korea with one selected regional forwarder to manage all international freight requirements of various companies and sites, which results in ~15% net savings to the bottom line.- Lead commodity teams and to exert the appropriate influence on decisions and processes. Develop project plan and oversee the projects from conception and planning to implementation, including strategies, processes and resources. Successfully assist global R&D to localize the freezer OEM manufacturing in China with APAC frame contract, which contributes to ~40% savings compared with previously EU sourcing- Develop and maintain comprehensive network of competitive suppliers supporting business growth agenda- Lead the execution of projects with high spend and risk. Conduct high level negotiation and manage strategic suppliers and strategic framework agreements

- Manage strategic business development projects such as market & regional studies, situation analysis, competitor assessments, target contacts, opportunity assessments and business negotiation. - Draw valuable resources and expertises from various functions (both internal departments and external consultants) for business development activities and project execution - Provide professional judgement to prioritize and quantify the issues found during due diligence with sensible recommendations and mitigations- Manage post merger integration (PMI) with all internal functions, target company and regulatory bodies

- Develop, deliver, manage content and measure effectiveness of Linde Management System + Standards (LiMSS) training program- Develop and maintain plant and regional staffing models- Manage Organisational Capability and Talent Management Process (OCTM)- Monitor overall quality program in areas: LiMMS, safety, key customer, etc. - Work with regional training managers (RTM’s) to deliver people capability program, e.g. Technical Career Map

Asia

- Responsible for delivering quality training materials both for the transition to SAP and the ongoing sustainability of the business, supporting global team of business process experts to facilitate training to business users- Audit the quality of training materials across Asia regions and ensure the materials fit the BOC global template and standard- Manage training development team and project change management
