Ø  Used to work as a senior manager in charge of realty market, selling and leasing larger offices/commercial spaces for corporations fifteen years ago, satisfying with rich experiences. Ø  Ten years ago, started working in the field of Incubation/Acceleration for smaller pioneer companies (over thousands of the incubatees graduated), building the ecosystems to serve start-ups in a full arrange from original creation to commercialization, providing with patent/IP protection & transfer, mentoring, fund investment, market expansion etc., with involving in development of the realty for Incubation like Science parks (more than 150 bases) networking almost provinces in China and overseas as well. Ø  Having been participating in FUND investment for the different stages as early seed, angel and VC rounds since ‘Incubation + investment’ is generally recognized as a successful business mode. Exploring overseas resources and markets especially in the region like Southeast Asia, North America and Europe with great progress.Ø  Since May 2017, engaged in process of purchasing the full equities of an Italian company also with large scale of property, and later on the mobilization for operation in Milano, Italy as Deputy GM and later taking the full liability as Managing Director and CEO of the company, in charge of general management and business development in Milano, Italy mainly focusing in high level training, tech transfer and incubation with VC investment, exposition and so on, targeting the global collaborative networking.Used to be Managing Director, CEO of TUS Europe s.r.l. dealing with Business Investment mainly in EU, and as well, be as Executive Director of TUS Internationl Ltd. (HK. 872) since 1st April, 2020.
