I have been in HR since 2011 and have always prided myself on being ethical, work with integrity, patient and display active listening. I am a strong believer in working to ACAS best practices and have seen the increases in engagement from working that way. My last role was a stand-alone HR Manager, I owned the whole employee lifecycle, the role also included a review and re-write of all HR policies and handbook, upskilling managers of all levels of best practice and potential risks. I was the source of all HR processes and would also coach managers on HR practices, allowing managers to take a pro-active approach with employee performance, attendance and behaviours. In addition, I worked on upskilling managers on employee wellbeing, neurodiversity, occupational health, mental health and reasonable adjustments. During my career break, I have been attending employment tribunals to develop my knowledge and skills in this area and feel I have learnt many things that will benefit my future career.I would like to meet so I am able to talk more about my previous roles, along with my experience and achievements.
