I am a liaison for Globus Family of Brands for national travel agencies such as Travel Leaders and Nexion. I answer specific itinerary questions and provide price quotes for upscale international travel. The Globus travel packages range in value from 4k-14k per client. My position requires relationship selling and providing education to travel agents for international travel to meet their client’s needs and budgets. My position also requires follow up service for established bookings. My booking statistics are among the top ‘third’ of my team. This role with WellPoint was multi-faceted. One of my routine tasks was to call members to set up their preventative health benefits. As their first point of contact, I gave them all the detail information, updated their records, and got them in touch with health care professionals. I was assigned to the American Express, Verizon and Gannett accounts to coordinate their employee access to WellPoint’s nurses, dieticians and pharmacists for their wellness benefits. I also worked on special projects, market variable testing, and a new pilot for lowering the costs of imaging procedures.
