Jay is a senior practice leader having multiple responsibilities within Alliant Americas East . His oversight includes the acting Administrator for the various School Board clients and JIFs with the goal of providing best in class insurance programs for nearly 75 public schools in located throughout New Jersey Additionally, Jay has developed a deep knowledge base in the coastal catastrophic property markets and has developed an MGA platform supported through several key partnerships in the Lloyds marketplace. In that capacity, he is responsible for the underwriting, marketing and maintenance of the distribution platform that stretches from southern New Jersey up to the shores of Cape Cod. Jay has led the program division for Boynton & Boynton managing multiple MGA products with binding authority for 7 Lloyd’s contracts. Jay also retains his underwriting and program management responsibilities for the FFActs regulatory billing and cyber insurance program customized to protect health care entities from compliance related liabilities. He is nationally recognized as a leader in both healthcare compliance and cyber insurance and has presented at multiple healthcare seminars and association events.
