Major health problems forced me from classroom teaching.

Instruct and maintain a classroom for developmentally disabled students with severe behavioral disabilities. Construct and maintain IEPs and instruct to goals. Meeting with Multi Disciplinary to discuss progress of each student. Liason with parents to discuss concerns and goals between home and school environment. Expose students to public areas and activities in the community. Plan and instruct lessons appropriate to age and goals of students in the classroom. ABA documentation and maintanance of all plans and goals.

Maintain Support Plan Caseload for adults with disabilities. Manage programs and staff in a community center servicing approximately 200 consumers. Supervise staff and consumers. Manage, schedule, and oversee events at our event center. Schedule and attend home visits for caseload. Plan activities for evening program at the Community Center. Schedule staff and consumers for activities and events throughout the week and on weekends. Plan Staffing for grouphomes. Care, transportation, and meal preparation for grouphome residents including passing of medication and homecare of elderly disabled adults.
