To solve the emergency calls of all electronic based instruments available in Quality Control within short time after receiving the complaint.Preventive maintenance and break down calls of critical instruments like HPLC (Waters, Shimizu, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Agilent),GC,UV-VIS spectrophotometer, Dissolution tester, Analytical weighing Balance.Key Responsibilities:1. To adhere & follow the established procedures and policies of the company.2. To initiate the Quality Management procedure (Change control,Deveation,CAPA Etc..)3. Initiation of change controls pertains to site.4. Responsible for performing calibration/PM/Shift activities/Qualification/requalification/validation etc.5. Responsible for preparation of list, planner,communication memo calibration/PM/Shift activities/data backup/data restoration etc..6. Reporting of non-conformities, adherence, initiation, and implementation of the corrective/preventive actions as suggested by Quality Assurance9. Verification of calibration/PM as described in the SOP's10. To coordinate with QA for all the validation, qualification and Audit preparedness11. Planning of different types of maintenance of equipment and its accessories in co-ordination with users12. Co-ordination with team & user department for finishing the Projects on time with Quality14. Carryout the calibration/PM/shift activities/data backup/data restore and recording the data's in respective documents as described in the SOP's.15. Preparation or Review of QMS documents (Calibration/PM/Equipment/Instrument qualification documents)16Co-ordination with service engineers for the respective instruments.

 Performing on-site pre-installation surveys for Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography Instrument(UHPLC) and Ion Chromatograpy Systems. Performing preventative maintenance and repair of Thermo fisher scientific UHPLCs and Ion Chromatography systems at various customer plants and laboratories. Performing on-site installation, testing, commissioning of Thermo fisher scientific UHPLC Performing on-site corrective maintenance. Accurately complete and submit Field Service and Preventative Maintenance Reports. Providing written feedback to Technical Support and Product Quality teams. -Effectively work on Chromeleone 6.8 ,7.2 and 7.3 Software.

 To solve the emergency calls of all electronic based instruments available in Quality Control and Pharmaceutical Technology Center within short time after receiving the complaint. Preventive maintenance and break down calls of critical instruments like HPLC (Waters, shimadzu, Dionex, Agilent),GC,UV-VIS spectrophotometer, Dissolution tester ,Disintegration tester, Analytical weighing Balance ,Friability Tester. Co-ordination with service engineers for the respective instruments. Internal co-ordination with scientific staff for instrument related queries and problems. Inspect the validation and maintenance of instruments by party engineer, Under Annual Maintenance Contract. Train new users about basic operation of instrument as well as software and general maintenance. Remain present during new installation with external party engineer for training basic operation,troubleshooting and validation.
